Terms of Service

By accessing or using the website at codeglofix.com and engaging with the services offered by CODEGLOFIX (PVT) LTD ("CODEGLOFIX", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

CODEGLOFIX provides bespoke software engineering, web development, mobile application development, AI & ML integration, and cloud infrastructure services. The exact scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms for any engagement are governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement signed between CODEGLOFIX and the client.

Clients engaging CODEGLOFIX agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete project requirements in a timely manner.
• Designate a single point of contact for project communication.
• Review and provide feedback on deliverables within agreed timelines.
• Make payments in accordance with the agreed payment schedule.
• Not use CODEGLOFIX services for any unlawful or harmful purpose.

Upon receipt of full payment, all custom code and deliverables produced specifically for a client project are assigned to the client. CODEGLOFIX retains ownership of any pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, or methodologies used in the delivery of services.

CODEGLOFIX reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment terms are as follows:

• 50% of the project fee is due upon project commencement.
• The remaining 50% is due upon project completion before final delivery.
• Invoices are due within 14 days of issue.
• Late payments may incur interest at 2% per month on the outstanding balance.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CODEGLOFIX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability to any client for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client to CODEGLOFIX in the preceding three months.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information received from the other party during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the service agreement for a period of two years.

Either party may terminate a service engagement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date. CODEGLOFIX will deliver all completed work upon receipt of such payment.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
